What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer to qualify for a full refund.
How long is the shipping time within the United States?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every TST E-Bike is backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against defects.
Can I ride my TST E-Bike in the rain?
Yes, our bikes feature IPX4 or higher water resistance ratings. While they can handle light rain and splashes, we recommend avoiding deep puddles and high-pressure power washing.
