At TST E-Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your e-bike within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition and include all factory packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the e-bike in its original box, ensuring all components like the battery, charger, and keys are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the bike for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
